My Name is Naveen Pathak and Sketching has been my hobby for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was a child, and now I do the sketches only for refreshing my mind.

I think of sketching as the expression of ideas and emotions, with the creation of certain aesthetic qualities, in a two-dimensional visual language. The elements of this language, its shapes, lines, tones, and textures are used in various ways to produce appearance of volume on a flat surface. The main object of the Sketching is to express feelings and ideas, or simply to present a pleasing image.

Furthermore, sketching has opened doors for personal growth and self-discovery. As I experimented with different techniques and styles, I discovered new aspects of myself and honed my skills along the way. This journey of exploration has not only improved my artistic abilities but also enhanced my problem-solving skills and creativity.

Moreover, sketching holds immense importance in life because it provides solace during challenging times. When faced with stress or anxiety, immersing myself in the world of art helps me find inner peace and tranquility. The act of creating something beautiful from a blank canvas is therapeutic for both mind and soul.

Sketching will always hold a special place in my heart as it continues to shape me into a better version of myself with each stroke of the pencil.
